Chris Chan is the Director of Corporate Service at Ascent Partners. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and a Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) holder, he advises on risk advisory, internal audit, regulatory compliance and financial advisory for listed and pre-IPO clients. He is an independent non-executive director of KNT Holdings Limited (HKEX: 1025) and Golden Leaf International Group Limited (HKEX: 8549), has held senior consulting and advisory roles at international accountancy and advisory firms, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
